Great customer service all the time never a bad experience

This agency was very responsive to my insurance requirements and quickly provided a quote that was very competitive to other companies. In fact, their quote was the best option based on all the factors provided to them. Jessica was awesome to work with, and she answered all questions quickly and succinctly.

Besides providing professional service in auto insurance,when I moved and needed proof of insurance, they were timely in providing that for me. Great people who are really nice people!

When I think of someone who has wide-spread knowledge of the insurance industry, Phil Marshall always comes to mind. Phil is a hard-working, honest insurance agent. He is very thorough, detailed, & passionate about his work. I have my State Farm policies through another agent's office, yet Phil has always been there to answer any questions that I may have. Phil and his team will take great care of you!

Phil Marshall came out to inspect my grandmother's home. Phil was very rude and condescending to her. Ultimately, my review is not about State Farm not being able to offer her coverage but the poor treatment of my grandmother. Our property is family land with several units on the property. My grandmother was looking for coverage for just her home only. Because the land can not be split or divided each family member carries coverage on their own dwelling as they have separate addresses. When my grandmother tried to explain this to Phil he very rudely cut her off, said the home was uninsurable, and then sent me a nasty email afterwards to which I responded and never heard back. We understand some insurances have to cover the whole property due to their underwriting as that is understandable, the poor treatment of my grandmother however was not.
